The company operates through a hub-and-spoke model and provides fertility care across multiple Indian locations.
Company Overview
Gaudium IVF and Women Health Limited is an IVF and women’s healthcare company incorporated in 2015. The company provides fertility treatments and related reproductive healthcare services for couples facing infertility, medical complications or lifestyle-related reproductive health challenges.
The company was founded by Dr. Manika Khanna and has built its operations around IVF treatment, women’s healthcare, hospital support and pharmacy services. Its business includes patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, IVF procedures, pregnancy support and related medical support.
Core Business
IVF treatment and fertility healthcare services remain the company’s main business area.
Business Model
The company follows a hub-and-spoke model to expand reach while centralising advanced treatment infrastructure.
Revenue Mix
Revenue comes from IVF treatment, hospital services and pharmacy services.
Services Offered
The company offers a range of fertility and reproductive health services. The main services include IVF treatment, IUI, ICSI, PCOS / PCOD treatment, male infertility treatment, endometriosis treatment, ovulation induction, laser assisted embryo implantation, infertility surgeries and medical support for surrogacy-related treatment.
IVF Treatment
IVF means In Vitro Fertilization. It is a fertility treatment where eggs are collected from the woman and fertilised with sperm in a laboratory. The embryo is then transferred into the uterus.
IUI Treatment
IUI means Intrauterine Insemination. In this procedure, selected healthy sperm are placed directly inside the uterus to improve the chance of fertilisation.
ICSI Treatment
ICSI means Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection. A single healthy sperm is directly injected into a mature egg, generally useful in male infertility cases.
PCOS / PCOD Treatment
PCOS means Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and PCOD means Polycystic Ovarian Disease. These hormonal conditions may affect ovulation and fertility.
Male Infertility Treatment
The company provides treatment support for sperm disorders, hormonal imbalance and other male infertility conditions.
Hospital and Pharmacy
The company also earns revenue from hospital services and pharmacy services through Gaudium International Private Limited.
Revenue from Services Offered

IPORupee Insight
IVF Treatment is still the company’s core business, but Pharmacy revenue has increased sharply in the latest period. Pharmacy revenue increased from only 0.50% in Fiscal 2023 to 28.85% for the period ended September 30, 2025. This improves revenue diversification, but investors should also understand whether this pharmacy growth is sustainable and whether pharmacy margins are comparable with IVF service margins.
IVF Business Process Flow
The company’s IVF service journey can be understood in three broad parts: conversion of lead, IVF process and hospital support.
1. Conversion of Lead
Lead generated and follow-up
Lead lost or patient walk-in
Registration of patient with free OPD and ultrasound
Discussion with finance counsellor on package and payment terms
2. IVF Process Starts
Injections and treatment preparation
Package amount paid in full or instalment as per payment terms
Ovum Pick Up, known as OPU
Insemination and embryo formation
Freeze All or Embryo Transfer, known as ET
3. Result and Hospital Support
Success or failure of ET captured in patient file
If negative, subsequent thaw ET package may be considered
If positive, IVF is considered successful
Hospital support includes delivery package and routine support from month 4 to month 9
Retail investor understanding: IVF revenue may not always be collected in one single step. Revenue and cash collection can depend on the treatment stage, package terms, OPU stage, embryo transfer timing and patient payment structure. This makes working capital, receivables and conversion rates important to track.
Number of Patients Onboarded
Patient onboarding is an important operating metric for an IVF company because revenue depends on patient inflow, conversion into treatment, number of cycles and average realisation per patient.

IPORupee Insight
Patient onboarding increased strongly from Fiscal 2023 to Fiscal 2024, but reduced in Fiscal 2025. Investors should check whether this was due to centre-level changes, pricing, competition, marketing efficiency, patient conversion rate or any other operational factor.
Key Performance Indicators
The company has reported strong operating margins in the latest periods. However, margins have moved compared with Fiscal 2023, so investors should study the reasons behind margin movement carefully.

Business Model and Expansion Approach
Gaudium IVF follows a hub-and-spoke model. Hub centres provide advanced IVF and reproductive healthcare procedures, while spoke locations support awareness, consultation, patient outreach and patient referral to hub centres where advanced treatment is required.
Hub Centres
Hub centres are equipped for advanced IVF procedures, consultation, laboratory support and specialist-led fertility treatment.
Spoke Locations
Spoke locations help in patient reach, awareness building, consultation and routing suitable cases to the hub centres.
Why this model matters: The hub-and-spoke structure can help expand the company’s reach without creating full-scale IVF infrastructure at every location. However, service quality, doctor availability, lab standards and patient conversion remain important success factors.
IPORupee Review and Insight
Positive Business Observations
- The company operates in fertility healthcare, a specialised segment where demand is supported by rising infertility concerns, delayed family planning and increasing awareness.
- IVF Treatment remains the core revenue contributor, showing that the company is focused on its primary healthcare vertical.
- The company has maintained strong EBITDA and PAT margins across the reported periods.
- The hub-and-spoke model can support expansion while keeping advanced treatment infrastructure centralised.
- Pharmacy revenue adds another revenue stream, especially for medicine and consumable requirements related to patient care.
Key Watch Points
- Pharmacy contribution increased sharply in the latest period, so sustainability and margin quality should be checked.
- Patient onboarding reduced in Fiscal 2025 compared with Fiscal 2024, which needs further understanding.
- IVF business depends heavily on doctors, embryologists, clinical outcomes, lab quality and patient trust.
- Healthcare and fertility treatment are regulated areas, so compliance risk is important.
- Margins have moderated compared with Fiscal 2023, so investors should understand the reasons behind margin movement.
Retail investor view: Gaudium IVF should be analysed as a specialised healthcare service business, not only as a normal hospital company. Important metrics include patient onboarding, IVF cycle volume, success rate, revenue per patient, centre-level profitability, doctor dependency, pharmacy mix, receivables and regulatory compliance.
